Women have unique physical, mental, and emotional needs when it comes to training – and we’re excited to be offering an event which recognises this so we can all harness and nurture our female athlete’s potential even further.
ARL in partnership with Wulf Security Services are thrilled to bring you world-class speakers who will share their expertise across a wide range of topics, from grassroots coaching to understanding the mental, hormonal, and strength & conditioning aspects of female athletes and teams.

Shannon MacLachlan - Strength & Conditioning coach for the Australian Jillaroos, previously with Kiwi Ferns and Founder of Train Her.
Luisa Avaiki - Former Kiwi Ferns captain, One NZ Warriors NRLW Head Coach and current Head of Women’s Rugby League at NZRL.
Our MC for the night - Krystal Rota - Former Kiwi Fern Captain & former Newcastle Knight NRLW player, TV personality.
